I received my instrument but it doesn’t look like the photo?
Due to the nature of our shops business and the high turnover rate of most instruments it is impossible to Guarantee that the instrument photographed will be the instrument you receive. Due to that same nature it is also difficult for us to update photos frequently. If you would like to see the instrument before purchase please use the contact us page to send us an email and we will do our best to get you photos of the said instrument. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Is tracking provided?
Yes tracking is provided with all instruments as we ship priority mail. For all international shipments you will receive a Customs number which may or may not track all the way up to delivery but will notify you of when your shipment has been accepted by your countries customs. All Shipments can be tracked using USPS website (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=).
Why do we use USPS?
We use the United States Postal Service due to customer convenience and for delivery time. As well UPS and Fedex both cost 2-3 times the price. If you would rather use one of the other services ive mentioned you can contact us through the contact us now button. Please note if you decide you want to use an alternate to USPS know that you will pay for the extra shipping cost as necessary.
Do we ship to countries outside of the United States?
Yes we do ship to countries outside the United States. This shipping will be more expensive than our domestic shipping as the United States Postal Service charges more for International services. This method of shipping can take 6-10 business days on average but in some cases can take longer.
How long will Shipping take?
We ship by method of United States Postal Service Priority Mail. On Average most instruments take 3-5 days to arrive at the address provided. Shipping can take longer depending on location within the United States
